Liberty And Justice For All? Scholarship Contest
Congratulations to both Katrina Voge and Erik Blasic as the winners of our 2021 scholarship contest!
With the amount of information that we currently have access to there has been a disruption between information provided by the criminal justice system and the community.
At Cowboy Country Criminal Defense we help those facing criminal charges and provide the information regarding the criminal justice system and their legal rights.
Therefore, we want to hear from you and are offering (1) $1,000 scholarship to put towards their law school tuition. We will choose one winner and choose the most compelling essay that answers the following prompt:
Please write 750-1000 words about the prompt provided above and remember we are looking for the best written, most compelling essay.
Topic: In your essay, please explore and discuss the role of race and socio-economic status play in a “liberty and justice for all” criminal justice system.
Eligibility Rules
- In order to apply for this scholarship, you must be enrolled at an accredited law school
- If you have applied to a law school and have not been accepted yet, you may apply for the scholarship, however, the scholarship will be awarded to a student already enrolled at an accredited law school
Scholarship Contest Deadline
The essay must be submitted by August 1, 2021. The winner will be selected by August 15, 2021.
