Like many states, Wyoming has strict penalties for possessing and distributing marijuana.
Wyoming marijuana laws also apply to other forms of marijuana such as hash and concentrate.
Unlike other states, Wyoming marijuana laws prohibit the exception for medical marijuana.
Additionally, the state can charge you with DUI for driving while under the influence of marijuana.
This charge carries the same penalties as driving while under the influence of alcohol.
